A Chase Sapphire Reserve℠ holder earns 3 Ultimate Rewards® points for each dollar spent on travel purchases and dining out, and 1 point per $1 spent on all other purchases. The category of travel purchases is very wide: it’s not only airfare and hotel stays, but also taxis (Lyft and Uber included), public transportation, campgrounds, etc. Dining out category includes not only restaurants and cafes, but also food delivery.

Points redemption on the Chase Sapphire Reserve℠ card grants you 1.5 cents per one Ultimate Rewards® point if redeemed for travel through Chase Travel Portal. With $450 annual fee Chase Sapphire Reserve℠ is quite an expensive credit card. However, we believe that its bonuses totally worth it. Only sign-up bonus will cover annual fee for five years if redeemed for travel.
